Does any Rain.gg referral code pay more than another?
No. Every working Rain.gg referral code credits 3 free cases at signup and a 5% deposit bonus. The reward is set by Rain.gg’s affiliate program, not by the code you type, so the code only determines which affiliate gets credited — not what you receive.
That is worth stating plainly, because most pages ranking for these terms imply otherwise.
Why the codes all pay the same
Anyone can join Rain.gg’s referral program and pick their own code text. The program then pays out one fixed reward to the person signing up, regardless of which code was used. A code is a label on a link, not a product tier.
This is why code names are so misleading. A code containing the word “VIP” was not granted a VIP rate; someone typed that word into a form. The same goes for names implying rakeback, case-battle bonuses or stackable rewards:
- Codes never stack. One referral code per account, permanently locked at registration.
- No code improves drop odds. Outcomes are fixed by the provably fair seed pair before a roll happens.
- No code unlocks better free cases. The 3 cases are the standard entry-level set.
- Rakeback is not a code feature. Where Rain.gg offers it, it comes from account activity tiers.
If a page tells you its code is “exclusive” or “premium”, it is describing the standard affiliate reward in marketing language.
The comparison that actually matters
| WELC | RAIN9 | |
|---|---|---|
| Free cases | 3 | 3 |
| Deposit bonus | 5% | 5% |
| Where it goes | Referral field at signup | Referral field at signup |
| Best for | A brand-new account | When WELC will not apply |
| Last tested | September 17, 2026 | September 17, 2026 |
These are the two codes we maintain. We do not list codes we have not applied to a real account, because an untested code is the one thing in this space that genuinely differs in quality.
What separates a good code from a bad one
Since the payout is fixed, only two things vary.
Whether it still works. A referral code is live only while the affiliate account behind it is. Codes go dead quietly, and most lists never notice because they were copied from another list. We re-test WELC and RAIN9 weekly on live accounts and remove anything that stops applying.
Whether you enter it in time. This is the part that costs people money. The referral field sits on the signup form and the code is locked to the account once registration completes. Skip it and you forfeit the 3 cases permanently — no code, however good, can be added afterwards.
What a code is actually worth
Be realistic about the numbers. The 3 free cases are entry-level; treat them as a trial of the platform. The 5% on a $20 deposit is $1. That is a real saving and worth claiming, but it does not change the fact that Rain.gg is a gambling site where the house holds an edge.
The short version
Use WELC if you are signing up now. Use RAIN9 if it does not apply. Ignore any page telling you a particular code pays more — none of them do.
